The information for the Front Page is input by an individual from your league. You have full control. You do not need to know HTML. Using the text editor in the SportLM Application, you input the text/data for the Front Page. You can type it in; or, you can paste in text cut from another outside editor. Use the tools to customize your type (font size, color, emphasis, bold, underline…) There many tools for your use; you can insert a hyperlink, insert a picture/image. You can make a bulleted or numbered list. Choose the justification of your text and more… (We do suggest that the individual that is doing this for your league be someone that enjoys this type of task. Font choice, size and color do make an impression of your websites appearance. Just our friendly advice.) This Front Page is your public site that all can see.
There is also the option of putting in a Marquee message; the editor for this is on this same user interface/screen. It is very straightforward and simple. When you are satisfied with your entry, you click the save button. Finally you click on the "Publish" button; nothing is pushed to the live Front Page until you click on the "Publish" button.

Input your text/data for a date on the Calendar through an interface that prompts you for the information. Update and then upload - and your done. It's a very simple process.

This is a message posted to the inside Log In area for volunteers (not public). Volunteers will be able to see this message after they have logged into the Volunteer Log In on your SportLM Application through your website. This message is created and published though the Special Message text editor.

Upload Documents for public use through this user interface. The Documents and Handouts upload screen will prompt you for the necessary steps to get your files uploaded on the "Handouts & Documents" page from your home computer.

Using the Board Members user interface you can specify a Board Member, their position and their contact information. You can create a new board position. You can change the person assigned to the given position. You can change, modify or delete a given board position. And you can control the order in which the positions are displayed.

The Credentials interface is where you control what person/volunteer has access to a given tool in the SportLM web application for your league. You can credential individuals for different tasks to distribute the work load. Examples include (but certainly are not limited to): Registrar's Dashboard, Team builders for various levels as one or broken into levels, Field scheduler, Documents & Handouts (you may want mulitple people to have this ability or only one.) and the list goes on...

This screen shows you all the volunteers that have registered, their contact information, what their volunteer interests are and what their previous volunteer experience is. All of this information is collected when they go through the Volunteer Registration. It is a great tool to make sure you are utilizing those that have expressed interest in volunteering. This user interface allows you to create goup emails choosing from various different groupings: Board Members, Parents, Volunteers, Coaches. You choose your group, "choose all", or by clicking the button beside the individuals; then using the eMail Dashboard you create your email. The email is personalized as if it is sent from you - not the website. The Email address that corresponds with your name in the SportLM database from your personal volunteer registration is the one that is used. (protected with encryption)
